Key Elements of the 2 Days
The material is designed to help you uncover the hidden aspects of the unconscious mind which may be helping or hindering your progress in your career and life. All high achievers know that the most important strategy for their own success has been to take control of the unconscious drivers which shape their world. In order to lead others it is first vital that we understand how to lead ourselves. The material is broken up down into a mixture of technologies including reflection/discussion/participation and videos.
The tools that Tracey uses include the following elements:
- Transactional Analysis - know your key Drivers and what to do about them when you go into over-extended behaviour
- Exercise to discover your beliefs (do they support you?) and your values (what kind of Leadership style suits you?)
- Geier Personality profiling will produce a 28 page report

- GQ™ Gender IQ - what is it and how should it impact Leadership style
- The eve-olution goal setting system
- NLP tools and techniques for handling fear and becoming more congruent/powerful and assertive
